Bannockburn High School celebrated the European Day of Languages with a lunchtime café. Pupils and staff could drop in to our café and sample foods from Spain, France and Germany. We had prompt cards to encourage all customers to communicate and order in the target language.
We also had typical café music playing in the background and decided to dress for the occasion although somewhat stereotypically!
It was fun and enjoyed by many. We would definitely hold a similar event again in the future.
